A Secure Digital memory card (also known as an SD card) combines minimum physical size with maximum digital storage capacity to create the latest generation in memory devices. But what you really want to know is will it work with your DAB Digital Radio... and the answer is yes.
FEATURES
- As easy to use as plug-and-play
- Built in write-protection switch to prevent accidental loss of data
- Works with all SD-enabled devices
- Not much bigger than a postage stamp
- Reliable and durable

With an SD card inserted into your DAB Digital Radio you can access more functionality and really make the most of your radio. Most SD-enabled DAB Digital Radios let you record from the radio to playback whenever you want and/or use your radio as an MP3 player when you're in the mood to hear your favourite tune. This versatile SD card is designed to store audio using a number of different devices, making it ideal for use with our range of SD-enabled radios.
It is hard to say how much you will be able to store on an SD card as this depends on a number of factors, including the length of each recording and the quality, however as a rough guide you can fit:
- 95 songs on a 512MB SD memory card
- 190 songs on a 1GB SD memory card and
- 380 songs on a 2GB SD memory card (assumes AAC encoding 4 minute songs at 128 Kb/sec.)
