So now you can use your iPod as a radio without losing any of the kudos that comes with the ubiquitous Apple audio player.
The Roberts Robi is a mini DAB Digital Radio and FM tuner that plugs into your iPod. It means you can receive radio broadcasts on your iPod so that you not only have access to your own music on the move, but a window on the world of radio too.
Simply plug the Robi into your iPod, then plug your headphones into the Robi and the system is complete. You can then use the buttons to find the radio station of your choice. Equipped with DAB Digital Radio, the Robi gives you more choice and a clearer signal than just an FM adapter would, however should you find yourself in a remote area then you have FM radio with RDS to keep you entertained.
Once slotted into your iPod system the Robi will work without batteries as an radio tuner, but also as a remote control for your iPod allowing you to change the volume and track in the same way as an in-line remote control unit.
